Sap Portal Is a web based trading and financing system. It is customized and designed to integrate data to SAP Business One Financial System. It is specially suited to businesses that deal with Motorcycle Unit, Selling Parts and Accessories and After Sales Service. It handles inter company and inter branch operation. Users are defined by role. Task is multilevel. Transactions entered are synchronized to SAP Business One System. Therefore, Financial Managers and accountants can easily monitor their book of accounts, inventories, sales, purchases transactions in the branch level to generate Financial Statement for a specified month. Managers can monitor Branch Operations as well. |

∙ UCFC for VizMin, South Luzon and North Luzon will be using common portal.
∙ Old Gentrade/PCI for VizMin, South Luzon and North Luzon will be using common portal.
This means that each common portal is using one database |
